The company was established by its CEO in honour and recognition of his late father, Honourable PKO, whose lifelong passion for boxing and dedication to community development continue to inspire the organisation’s mission. Our Team

PKO Boxing President
Joseph Agbeko is a Ghanaian professional boxer, a two-time former bantamweight World Champion, having held the IBF title twice between 2007 and 2011. Additionally he held the Commonwealth bantamweight title from 2004 to 2006. The IBO bantamweight title in 2013 and has challenged once for a super bantamweight world title in 2013.

PKO Boxing Head Coach
Joseph Martey was the Coach for the First African Youth Championship in Guinea Conakry and is now training the PKO Boxing athletes 5 days per week in our refurbished Boxing gym in Jamestown, Ghana. He also provides mentorship and mental health support ensuring full holistic training for all athletes.

Mr. Efah holds a degree in Business Management and IT from the University of Manchester, UK, and brings with him a wealth of international experience. He has worked extensively within the UK finance & Business operations sector and proudly served for 25 years with the United Nations, contributing to global initiatives and development programmes.

PKO Boxing HR Manager
Daniella Gooding serves as the Head Human Resources, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation. She oversees daily administrative functions, recruitment, contracts, payroll, and regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accountability across all departments.

Annette works closely with our Head of Communications to manage PKO Boxing’s digital activities, social media presence, and promotional campaigns across all platforms. Her work focuses on amplifying PKO Boxing’s brand, showcasing our fighters, and promoting the company’s vision of developing world-class champions and inspiring communities through the sport of boxing.

Amanda Jissih serves as the Head of Communications for PKO Boxing Ltd, where she leads the development and execution of the company’s overall communication strategies.
